“I didn’t feel like working out today.” “I didn’t feel up to studying today so I skipped it.” Sound familiar? I’m sure those words have come out of your mouth before. You are not always going to ‘feel like it’, but if you want to accomplish those goals you’ve set, it must be done. That is where your mind over your feelings come in.
I have not felt like going to the gym or eating my proper nutrition many, many, many, many times. And many, many of those times I caved and took the easy route. But not every time.
