First of all, explaining things to them isn’t your job. I know, it seems like the nice thing to do because at first you think they truly don’t know that what they are doing is wrong, but…NO! They are well aware, but they are benefiting from that behavior. That is why any of us do anything. There is a benefit to our actions. For some that may just be the attention. Good or bad.
