You know that meme with the two little jars and one of them has “happiness” inside and the other wants to know where he got that? The little jar that holds the goodness said, “I made it!” Makes me smile every time.
But the same is true for darkness. We create those little dark crevices through our experiences and our lens of how we see the world around us and how we fit into it.
