If I have learned anything in my life it is that there is no one else looking out for my best interests than me.
I don’t care what position you hold or job you are in, you are replaceable to that company if that is what is in the best interest of the company.
Find something that lights you up. Something to get excited about. If it is inspiring to you, there are likely others that will be interested as well. How can you create a business around it?
