I disappeared for a few days. These daily notes are read by so many that when they are gone people notice. I know they have made a huge difference in my life and I hope they make a difference in yours too.
But why I disappeared is important. So often we get stuck in the routines of the day-to-day of our business and we forget that there is foundational work that must be done to keep the structure standing tall. Last year I stopped playing small. I finally let go of some of the unknowns and just started growing a business bigger than myself. This year there is going to be even more of that.
