Delivery is Key

I have been told more than once that my approach could use some improvement. The struggle wasn’t with what I had to say, but how I said it. This is something I still work on every day. I do my best to be intentional about not only the what, but the how of every conversation as well. Since I have taken on kindness as my number one value and the core of everything I do, all of my conversations have changed. That is not to say that I don’t lose my temper or get wrapped up in the heat of a frenzied moment and say things that are hurtful. I do.
