We may not be able to move about our lives as we are used to, but we can still move our bodies. From someone who has struggled through depression, I can tell you that these 6 items are life critical for me and so many others. While we do need to rest, let’s do it in heart fulfilling ways. Put your bare feet on the dirt and grass in your yard to ground yourself. Grab a chair and sit out in the sunshine and soak in that vitamin D. Take a long walk or run. Take deep breaths of that fresh air. Eat food that your body will love you for. Take this time to focus on finding those moments and activities that fill you up. #fillyourcup #wendyswisdoms #lunchboxwisdoms
